Aligned Projects provides customized real estate marketing for new development properties and high-value resales.  These marketing services – such as property website development, video production and web-based advertising campaigns – can be provided as a standalone service or in conjunction with sales and brokerage via The Agency.  We can run these campaigns with little or no additional marketing budget from the developer/seller outside of the typical brokerage commission structure.

Aligned Projects was founded by Cary Tamura who has been in marketing and promotions for more than 20 years and is also an Associate Real Estate Broker with The Agency based in New York City. Cary is ranked in the top 150 agents in Manhattan and top 1.5% out of 1.6 million agents nationwide according to Real Trends and Tom Ferry’s America’s Best List.
